The petitioner submits that he filed an application for transfer on special ground to the Commissioner of School Education which has been recommended for consideration by the Minister-in-Charge, Department of Correctional Administration, Government of West Bengal, which appears from page 12 of the writ application.

I direct the Commissioner of School Education to consider the application of the writ petitioner by four months from the date of communication of this order. With the direction as above, the writ application is disposed of.
