Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and having regard to the fact that the victim is minor and the statement of the victim prima facie disclosed about the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 2.
