Re: CPAN 824 of 2022 (contempt application) In view of the order under contempt having been recalled earlier, CPAN 824 of 2022 stands disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Re: WPA No. 302 of 2022 It transpires from the order dated January 25, 2023 that the writ petition itself had been fixed for hearing before this Court. However, at this juncture, this Court does not have the determination to take up the writ petition for hearing, since it has arisen within the Payment of Gratuity (Amendment) Act, 2018.

As the application for recall was filed against an order passed by this Court, the same

had been decided by this Court previously, thereby recalling the previous order of this Court and reviving the writ petition.

However, in view of lack of determination as of today, the writ petition is released from my list with liberty to the parties to mention for inclusion before the appropriate Bench having determination.
