This revisional application is accompanied with an application for appropriate order. It reflects from the order dated 10.08.2023 passed by this Court that none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. As such, the matter was directed to appear under the heading listed motion in the monthly list of January 2024. However, as the application was taken out, the revisional application is appearing under the heading "Application".

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners has referred to paragraph 3 of the connected application wherein it has been contended that due to unavoidable circumstances, the recorded advocate could not attend the court when the matter was called for hearing. The ground so assigned is very vague. I have also considered the revisional application along with the enclosed documents. The petitioners approached this Court at a stage when the investigation of the case was in progress as has been contended in the revisional application. However, the learned advocate submits that he had no knowledge that

charge-sheet was filed earlier and the petitioners came to know regarding the same in the month of November 2023. Considering the change of circumstances, I am of the view that the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2846 of 2023 along with the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
