Ms. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner/contempt petitioner, has filed documents to show that copy of this Court's order dated September 4, 2025, along with necessary documents have already submitted by the writ petitioner, in the office of learned Registrar General of this Court, in order to withdraw the amount of gratuity, submitted by the employer/company in the office of the learned Registrar General. It is informed that the said application is yet to be acted upon. In view of the fact that the order of this Court under contempt has already been complied with by depositing the gratuity amount in the office of the learned Registrar General of this Court, the Court finds it no further necessary to keep the instant contempt application pending.

Therefore, having found substantial compliance of the Court's order dated April 24, 2024, having been made, the instant contempt application is hereby disposed of.

Let the learned Registrar General of this Court release the amount of gratuity as submitted with the office, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
