For the State The petitioners are the son and the daughter in law of the victim respectively. It is alleged that the petitioners and their son assaulted the victim resulting in his death. Statement of eye witness recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicates the petitioners.

Considering the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
