... for the State Documents annexed to the writ petition reveal that date of holding of meeting of No Confidence Motion for removal of the Pradhan is being adjourned on repeated occasions on account of non-availability of police force.

Instruction has been received from the Inspectorin-Charge, Deganga Police Station as well as the Block Development Officer, Deganga Development Block disclosing that the date of meeting may be fixed on 2nd September, 2022.

In view of the submission of the Block Development Authority being the Prescribed Authority that the date of the meeting may be fixed on 2nd September, 2022, accordingly, the Prescribed Authority

is directed to proceed with the meeting on 2nd September, 2022.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Deganga Police Station is directed to render all necessary police assistance at the time of the meeting. The Prescribed Authority shall serve notice of the meeting upon the members at the earliest.

Instruction given by the Block Development Officer as well as the Inspector-in-Charge, Deganga Police Station be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
