1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The earlier application for anticipatory bail has already been rejected after filing of the charge-sheet on 22nd December, 2022 in CRM (A) 5950 of 2022.

3. This present petition, on the ground of non-consideration of the counter-case filed by the petitioner, cannot be entertained on the basis of existence of supervening circumstance.
