Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent no.4.

The petitioner contends that the Station Manager, Jamalpur Customer Care Centre has failed to take steps to address the issues raised by the petitioner with regard to grant of electricity to the respondent no.4.

It is submitted that the connection to the submersible pump of the respondent no.4 has been drawn over the land of the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited submits that no such connection had been granted to the respondent no.4. As a disputed question of fact has arisen and the authority denies to have drawn any connection over the land of the petitioner for grant of supply to the respondent no.4, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Station Manager, Jamalpur Customer Care Centre to hold an inspection of the

site in question in the presence of the petitioner to understand the exact nature of objection of the petitioner. If the petitioner satisfies the authority that some illegality has been caused without the petitioner's consent, the authority shall take adequate steps, upon giving notice to all interested parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
