Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that over a shop room there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent no.5. It has been alleged that the shop room has been closed by affixing a padlock.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that over the dispute complained of Ghatal PS Case no. 259/25 dated 26.07.2025 has been registered for investigation and steps are being taken by the investigating agency.

Having considered that the closure of the shop room has got nothing to do with the case which has been registered, petitioner would take steps for opening the shop room before the appropriate forum.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18196 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
