This is an application filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated April 20, 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 10th Court at Alipore and also an order dated January 15, 2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court at Alipore in connection with Case No. 433 of 2010.

The matter was directed to appear as 'Contested Application' vide order dated August 18, 2015 and since then, the matter is pending. Today also, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties. In view of the above facts and circumstances and considering the long pendency of the matter and also that the matter is running in the warning list since February 21, 2025, this Court finds no reason to keep the matter pending in the list. Accordingly, C.R.R. 2375 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned Trial Court by the department forthwith for information and necessary action. (Chaitali Chatterjee (Das), J.)
