Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that certain important averments and documents have inadvertently been omitted in the writ petition and, as such, wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. 2.

Accordingly, on the prayer of the petitioner, W.P.A. No. 18260 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action upon correcting such errors and furnishing better particulars.

There will be no order as to costs.
