Considering the fact that by reason of the physical assault, the victim died as corroborated from the post-mortem report and also by the statement of the wife of the deceased which directly implicates the petitioner for the commission of the alleged offence that has caused the death of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2.
