Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present case, the writ petitioner has left the School she was serving earlier, at the time of presentation of the present writ petition and has joined another School at District-Paschim Medinipur.

She indicates that the authority of the new School, as well as the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Paschim Medinipur are required to be added as party respondents in this case.

From the record, it appears that the writ petitioner has challenged an order issued by the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Murshidabad dated May 13, 2013.

Since after filing this writ petition, the writ petitioner has left service in the school at Murshidabad and joined another School situated at Paschim Medinipur. The later school is within the jurisdiction of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Paschim Medinipur. It is required that the school authority of the new School of the writ petitioner, where

she joined subsequently and the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Paschim Medinipur, be added as party respondents in this case.

Liberty is granted to add the above as respondents in this case.

Department shall take immediate necessary action in amending of the cause title of the writ petition in this regard.

Ms. Dey(Dhabal) is requested to effect service of copy of the writ petition upon the School authorities (present) at Paschim Medinipur as well as the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Paschim Medinipur.

A notice of pendency of this case be also served to the State respondent.

For the reason above, this matter is adjourned today and shall be listed again on 12.7.2024 under the same heading.
