In such circumstances, in view of the long pendency of the Original Application, it would be appropriate to request the Tribunal to hear and dispose of the Original Application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from September 21, 2023.

Tribunal is requested to not to grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. WP.ST 109 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
