None appears for the petitioner. Even on earlier occasions, the petitioner remained absent and did not comply with the Court order. It appears that either the petitioner's grievance has been redressed or he has lost interest in the matter.

Thus, we are not inclined to keep this Public Interest Litigation (in short 'PIL') in the case dockets of this Court.

However, in the interest of justice it is observed that if the petitioner is still aggrieved relating to the same cause, he may prefer appropriate application before the concerned statutory authority. In that event, the said authority shall consider and decide it in accordance with law within 90 days from receipt of

such application/representation by giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. 4.

With the aforesaid observation and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the PIL is disposed of.
