Mr. Chanchal Kumar Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that, the writ petition relates to an interview process of a school of about 2007. He submits that, the writ petitioner has already joined in the service. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present writ petition being WPA 16648 of 2007 stands dismissed. Interim order if any stands vacated.
