The petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 20th April, 2023 passed by the Ombudsman.

Learned advocate representing the Distribution Company Limited submits, upon instruction that, the petitioner is yet to submit the valid documents as indicated in the final order. Till all required documents are submitted by the petitioner including the way leave permission, the Distribution Company Limited will not be in a position to comply the order passed by the Ombudsman.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Distribution Company Limited to take steps for implementing the order passed by the Ombudsman subject to compliance of all necessary formalities, in accordance with law. 4.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
