Considering the submission of the parties, WPA No.19366 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated October 11, 2021 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is recorded that this court has not gone into the merits of the claim of interest in question made by the petitioner. The respondents shall consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.
