The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-implementation of the order dated 27th August, 2025.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that despite a hearing having been held, no final order has been passed by the alleged contemnor i.e. the Serampore Municipality.

None appears on behalf of the respondents nor is any adjournment prayed for on their behalf.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order on the respondents/alleged contemnors and file an Affidavit-of-Service on the returnable date.

In the meantime, the respondents/alleged

contemnors are directed to take necessary instruction in this matter.

Let this matter appear on 27th November, 2025 for further order.
