Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the present appeal is against an order of acquittal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman.

Learned advocate for the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal for preferring it before the learned Sessions Court. Accordingly, CRA (SB) 117 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Department is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned judgement and order after the same is replaced with a Photostat copy of the same by the learned advocate-on-record appearing for the appellant. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
