Having regard to the fact that the trial of the case is pending for a considerable period of time for diverse reasons and the same could not be taken to its logical conclusion, I direct the learned trial Court to fix at least a single date on every month so that the case can be progressed and the same can be taken to a logical conclusion within the reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2430 of 2021 is disposed of.
