It is submitted by the learned advocate for the appellant that the present criminal appeal was disposed of by a coordinate Bench of this Court on July 24, 2024, whereby direction was given to the present appellant to pay the compensation within a period of four weeks. It is submitted that such amount has not yet been deposited and, accordingly, filed an application for extension of time to pay the compensation.

Since the judgment was not delivered by this Court, let this matter be released from this Bench.
