In the instant writ petition the petitioner never appeared in support of his claim. Moreover, vide order dated 5th March, 2008 the petitioner was directed to file legible allotment letter which is the foundation of the writ petition before this Court. Till date the said order has not been complied with.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the Court's order.
