We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim housewife. She suffered homicidal death. Minor daughter has implicated the petitioner in the crime. In view of gravity of the offence and incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
