It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during pendency of the instant revision, the complainant has withdrawn the complaint after the dispute has been settled between the parties.

Since the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revision, the instant revision be dismissed for nonprosecution. Photocopy of the certified copy of the order passed by the Trial Court be kept with the record.
