1. It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 12.09.2025 passed by this Court. At the 4th line of the order instead of "07.07.2024" the date should actually be "02.07.2024".

2. Accordingly, the order dated 12th September, 2025 is hereby corrected and the remaining portion of the said order shall remain unchanged.

3. The Department is directed to make necessary correction in this regard.
