Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent customs authority concerned in considering its representation dated 31st May, 2023 and subsequent representation dated 19th June, 2023, for early release of goods in question covered under bill of entry in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 18272 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 19th

June, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
