Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that in compliance with the order dated January 20, 2025, an order dated 11th November, 2025 has been passed by the Howrah Municipality. A copy of the said order has made over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, there is no justification to keep this application pending. Accordingly, contempt application being CPAN 1369 of 2025 is disposed of.
