1. Petitioner is in custody for 230 days.

2. He renews his bail prayer.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits date for consideration of charge has been fixed on 12th August, 2024.

4. We have considered the materials on record. 23.36 Kg. Ganja was recovered from the petitioner's residence. His bail prayer was rejected in April, 2024. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

5. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
