Such matters can be considered by the Government of West Bengal under the Death-cumGratuity Scheme, 1981. Therefore, I request the Principal Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, Education Department to look into the matter and to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
