Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner and the private respondents have settled their disputes and, as such, the petitioner do not intend to pursue the present writ petition. Accordingly, WPA 19100 of 2024 is dismissed as not pressed.
