Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner complains that respondent nos.9 & 10 have encroached upon PWD land adjoining her property. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.9 and 10 submits that these respondents have no right, title and interest in respect of the plot in question and are not necessary or proper parties in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the added respondents claim to be lessees in respect of the plot on the basis of lease granted in their favour by the PWD.

The petitioner submitted a representation before the concerned authority on 25th April, 2022 seeking clarification of the rival claims of the parties, which is yet to be considered. She prays for a direction upon the

concerned authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the private respondents, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25th April, 2022 within two months from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner and the private respondents, in accordance with law.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
