Mr. Debanshu Ghorui ...for the petitioners Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Sandip Kundu ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, one of the FIR named accused has been left out from the charge sheet needlessly. Charge sheet has been submitted. There are omnibus allegations against the present petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that there are several injuries on the body of the deceased as would be evident from the post mortem report. There are number of eye-witnesses to the incident who have taken the names of all the petitioners. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
