The petitioner's grievance is for not giving him revised pension following ROPA 2019.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance has raised certain points in respect of such revised pension.

I direct the said Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance to call a meeting where the petitioner will remain present. If necessary, the headmaster of the said school should also be called in the said meeting. After hearing the petitioner, and if necessary the headmaster, a reasoned order is to be passed by the DPPG. However, it is made clear that if

the DPPG finds that the revised pension can be given to the petitioner, the same shall be given to the petitioner from two months from the date of the said meeting. With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
