The order passed by this Court was carried in appeal by the private respondent and judgment was delivered by the Hon'ble Appeal Court on 25th February, 2022.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the order passed by this Court merged with this order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a contempt application has already been filed and is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Division Bench. In view of the above, there is no scope to interfere in the present contempt application.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands disposed of.
