Learned Advocate appearing for the appellants invites the Court to fix a timeline for the disposal of the proceedings under the provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.

In such circumstances, for the ends of justice, it would be appropriate to request the authorities to dispose of the show-cause proceedings initiated under the Act of 1999 and which is the subjectmatter of the writ petition, within a period of three months from date.
