Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the coercive action of the respondent CGST authorities concerned attaching his bank account in question without providing him any copy of such order and reason for taking such action in this regard and petitioner has made the representation on 3rd August, 2022 being annexure P/4 to the writ petition before the Principal Commissioner, CGST, Kolkata (North)/respondent No. 2 which according to the petitioner has not been considered till date which is causing great

inconvenience to the petitioner in carrying on his business.

Considering the submission of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case as appears from record this writ petition being WPA 18661 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's aforesaid representation dated 3rd August, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
