Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the de facto complainant.

Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. It appears that the application for anticipatory bail of a similarly circumstanced co-accused was rejected by a Division Bench of this Court on 03.10.2024 in CRM (A) 3122 of 2024. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the minor victim recorded before a learned Magistrate, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2851 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
