1. Read order dated August 19, 2024.

2. We are told that examination of the petitioners under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has been concluded. Examination of only one accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. remains. Tomorrow (August 31, 2024) is the date fixed for the same.

3. We direct the learned Trial Court to conclude the examination of the concerned accused person on August 31, 2024, without fail. Thereafter, the trial must be concluded by delivery of judgment by the end of September 2024. This time bound schedule is stipulated by us in view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than six years.

4. Learned Registrar General as well as the parties shall communicate this order to the learned Trial Court immediately.

5. CRM (NDPS) 1199 of 2024 is disposed of.
