Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which her husband has been arrested in connection with Salar Police Station Case No.193 of 2024 dated 26.06.2024 under Sections 489(B)/489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the accused was arrested from a petrol pump and was shown to be arrested from different location on another date by the police authorities. The accusation so made against the Investigating Authorities cannot at this stage be interfered with by a court of law. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass such issues with the superior police authorities who would

address the grievance of the petitioner and if required, monitor the investigation of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19095 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
