1. It is stated by the petitioner that he is in custody for a considerable period of time. He is completely innocent and has been falsely entangled with the case. Therefore, he may be granted bail.

2. Learned counsel, appearing for the State, raises vehement objection and submits that there are sufficient incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the present petitioner which shows prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence. Our attention is drawn to the Post Mortem Report as collected by the investigating agency.

3. We have considered the submissions advanced by learned advocates for the parties. We have also perused the material in the Case Diary. It appears that the alleged offence Signed By :

was committed in a diabolical manner and, as a result, the victims faced unnatural death.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence and the material collected against the present petitioner, we are not inclined to allow this application, at this stage.

5. The application for bail being CRM (DB) 2423 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
