On the other hand, learned advocate for the private respondents disputes such contentions and submits that the petitioner do not have any property (House) and by invoking the jurisdiction of

this court the petitioner is trying to establish her title over the property.

Be that as it may, there are certain documents relating to record of rights.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents in respect of ownership of an ancestral property, as such, the police authorities restrained themselves from interfering with the same.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct that the police authorities will not interfere so far as the right, title and interest of a property is concerned. However, the police authorities will interfere if there is violation of any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18269 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.
