The petitioners claimed to be the President and Secretary of an Institute for training teachers. 3.

Counsel for the private respondents submit that the petitioners are not the elected members or even President or Secretary and have no locus to maintain the writ petition. Reference is also made to the order dated 30.09.2022 passed in WPA 22624 of 2022 which is kept with the record.

There is some substance in the arguments of the learned counsel for the private respondents that a management dispute between two sections is sought to be converted into a public issue. The Board has

absolutely no role to play insofar as the management of the Institute is concerned.

The petitioners may take out an appropriate civil proceeding to agitate and establish their rights in respect of running the Institute in question. 6.

For the reasons stated herein above, no interference is called for in the instant writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed 7.

Since the respondents have not been called for to file any affidavit, none of the allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been admitted by them.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
