The present revision is filed praying for quashing and setting aside of order dated 29.06.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge(POCSO) thereby framing charge against the petitioner nos.1 & 2 under Sections 6 and 21 of the POCSO Act and quashing of the entire proceeding being Special (POCSO) Case No.22 of 2018 arising out of Khardah P.S Case No.210 of 2018 dated 12.03.2018 under Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 120B of the IPC. Accordingly, on prayer of the learned Advocate on Record the revisional application is disposed of as withdrawn. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
