This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant no.1 and is directed against the orders dated March 15, 2024 and March 19, 2024, both passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas in Title Suit No.216 of 2024.

Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the through inadvertence, the said orders have been challenged in the civil revisional application. He further submits that the petitioner has already preferred a misc. appeal being no. 18 of 2024 challenging the order dated March 15, 2024. He submits that direction be passed upon the learned District Judge, 24-Parganas at Alipore to dispose of the misc. case appeal expeditiously.

Mr. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the misc appeal no.18 of 2024

has now been transferred to the Court to learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24-Parganas.

Heard the learned counsel for the opposite parties.

With the above observation, C.O. 2881 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Baruipur to make an endeavour to dispose of the misc. appeal no.18 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
