Learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 1 to 5 did not raise any objection. I have perused the grounds for restoration which appears to be satisfactory and accordingly, it is allowed.

Let C.O. 3082 of 2018 be restored in its original file with original number.

CAN 1 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

Re: CO 3082 of 2018 On the basis of the prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, the petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the application upon the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties in the course of the day.
