The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for quashing of the order dated 10.07.2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan and Executive Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta in case No. M-403 of 2018. As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize his appointment.

Considering the materials on record and the nature of the proceeding, the revisional application is disposed of on merits with the direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
