1. Contempt Rule was issued by the coordinate Bench on July 23, 2007 with regard to allegation of violation of order dated April 24, 2006 passed in MAT 3658 of 2005.

2. None appears for the parties.

3. In view of passage of time from the date of issuance of Rule till date, and since no steps were taken subsequent to order dated September 16, 2008, no useful purpose will be subserved by keeping the Contempt Rule pending.

4. In such circumstances, CRC 1372 of 2007 is discharged.

5. Connected applications, if there be any, are dismissed for default.
