Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a regular problem being created by the sister/private respondent no.4 in respect of the property where the present petitioner is residing.

The report submitted on behalf of the State reflects that the police authorities after applying their due discretion have come to a finding that the dispute is civil in nature. I also do not disagree with the findings of the police authorities. However, if there is any law and order crisis because of interference of the local people, the Inspector-inCharge, Liluah Police Station will see to that there is no breach of peace at the locale.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19121 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
